History
Our official activity in the field of residency services in Spain began in 2021. During this time, through collaboration with leading Spanish lawyers and legal experts, we successfully completed more than 200 immigration cases with the highest professional standards.
However, experience has shown that immigration is not merely about obtaining a residence card; it is the beginning of a new journey. Many newcomers to Spain soon realize that they need services beyond residency: investing in real estate, purchasing franchises, launching businesses, or accessing ongoing legal and financial support for their everyday lives.

About the Founder
Dr. Soroush Ayoubi, entrepreneur, business development consultant, and strategy director, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and postgraduate degrees in MBA and DBA from the University of Tehran. He began his professional career in 2000 by designing and developing software products and gradually expanded into managing innovative and technology-driven projects.
In the 2010s, he founded the marketing and communications agency SISARV, gaining extensive experience working with international brands across various industries including pharmaceuticals, food, telecommunications, automotive, and financial services. He played a key role in designing and executing major advertising and branding campaigns, earning multiple industry awards.
Simultaneously, as the founder and CEO of Hoodad, he led the development of mobile applications and technology-based projects, combining expertise in technology, marketing, and modern business models to contribute meaningfully to interdisciplinary ventures.
Over the years, he has served as a mentor, lecturer, and investor in real estate and innovative business projects, applying managerial expertise to foster sustainable growth for individuals and companies.
In 2021, together with a like-minded partner and a professional team, he founded the immigration firm Arionova in Barcelona—a milestone that shaped a new integrated approach to immigration, investment, and business development, eventually leading to the establishment of LEO LANDO in 2025.
